Well, I just sat down at my computer and realized that it's Wednesday already! Wow, this week is going by unbelievably fast. I guess it's all part of being busy.

I calculated that I drove about 800 miles in the past three days! For someone who's not supposed to be on the road full time that is a lot!

The Lord has blessed our family with a converted bus that my family drives all over the country to minister to the many military bases. A couple of months ago we began praying that the Lord would provide a engine brake (Jake brake) to put on, so that we could stop the bus if we wanted to! (Good thing right? :) picked up our mechanic friend at the airport. (After we spent some time at my favorite store- CABELAS! Oh yeah! ) Got home at about Midnight and Tuesday was spent putting this thing on the engine. After I made the 300 mile round trip to Dallas to pick up parts. Today was a reverse of Monday and we got our friend back to the airport and made another trip to Cabelas! :) So, here I am and I am just a little tired of running around everywhere! God is very g) Well God provided and this Monday Stephen and I drove down to Austin and ood to provide us the things that we need!

Hmmmm, it seems that everybody is going crazy over this swine flu lately! Does anyone else seem to think that something is a little fishy here? (Pardon the expression!)

One interesting thing was that New York City photoshoot for Air Force One! I don't know which is more dumb, the Air Force not telling anyone on the ground what they were doing, or the people on the ground not having a clue what Air Force One looked like!

Anyway, life here in the deep south is good, and I am still looking for a suitable camera to take to Germany! (Anyone want to donate one?) :) I am looking at digital camcorders and I haven't yet seen one that I really liked. Walmart here had a really lousy selection. I think whoever designed theirs got it off of a disney show! Pretty cheap. I'd love to get an HD camera but those are up there!

Well, for sure God is good, and it is a joy to serve him! Keep on serving the Saviour!!!!

Jason, my little five year old brother, is really cool. He's always ready to do something adventurous with us! He'll always be ready to throw a football, run off to Cabelas, etc...

What would a blog be without an

A New Endeavour

Well, I've surprised myself again! This is a genuine honest-to-goodness real blog! Never thought I'd see the day. But then again sometimes change is a good thing! Oh well, we'll see how it goes.

The main thought process for this blog is to be able to post pictures from our up and coming missions trip to Germany. The main drawback to that idea is that I do not have a suitable camera with which to take pictures to post! But there has to be a way to get some kind of camera and I am determined to find that way!

The other purpose of this post is to be able to blog some thoughts and ideas that I and my friends might have on different spiritual topics. For instance right ow I am working on a study of if we as Christians can identify other believers (or non-believers) based on their "spirituality" (or lack there of. Having a public place to express these thoughts would seem to be a good way to get a forum of other people to study and add their thoughts too. Topics such as news items and political "happenings" would be somethings that would be very interesting to open up to discussion.

One thing is for certain-God is good. As my friend Mark so unmagnificently says- LGBM! (Let God Be Magnified!)

P.S. Thought I might post a few pictures. Hopefully they won't become redundant with my brother Stephen's blog pics!

This pulpit I am standing behind is the pulpit in the old auditorium at First Baptist Church in Hammond, In. While we were attending Pastor's School in March we came early one morning and were able to hang out in the old building. Imagine standing in front of the pulpit that Bro. Jack Hyles and many other great men of God preached behind!!

My little nephew Matthew Siegwart Jr. This picture is special because I had not been able to see him much before then, and he never wanted me to hold him. I instantly made friend when I started playing with his little model car with him!!! Go Matt Jr!
